Kate Beaton has posted on twitter the first bit of a new autobiographical comic titled “Is what it is” about her time working at the Fort McMurray logging camp.
Last year she published “Ducks“, about the same period in her life but focusing on different aspects of it. This is just the first part of the new strip, but I’ve been personally interested in this thread of her work since I caught her talking about the experience some time ago on a panel.
