Tingfest (aka the Ting Comic & Graphic Arts Festival) takes place in London Ontario April 17-May 5. A three-week celebration of comic art named for long-time London political cartoonist Merle Tingley, the show features exhibits, workshops and signings of cartoonists from London and Southern Ontario, including Billy Bert Young (who did the poster above), Brad Biederman, Christopher Dupon-Martinez, Eric Cator, Jacqui Oakley, Jeremy Bruneel, Lauren Degraaf, Michael Cho, Sara Froese, and Scott McKowen. The festival will also feature a tribute to Ting, who died last year at age 95.
