This residency is open to those who reside in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Interested applicants that require more assistance will also be able to fill out an application form in the library during staffed hours with CCOL staff; please email in advance to set up an appointment so we can be sure an experienced volunteer will be there to assist you.
