Halifax-based comics publisher Conundrum Press has added a young adult graphic novel imprint to its efforts, to be called Emanata. The new line, “focusing on work created by comic artists living in Canada and striving for social equity,” will be run by writer Sarah Sawler, currently the Marketing Manager at Conundrum. Emanata is now soliciting submission “from agents representing comic artists living in Canada. Deaf and Disabled, POC, and 2SLGBTQIA+ creators are encouraged to submit with or without an agent.”
