The C-List

By: Bryan
On: 11/11/2010
In: C-List, Regional posts

Item: Jeet Heer on Seth’s Stuart MacLean book designs and on comics in libraries.
Item: Guy Delisle photoblog of a visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Item: Saw today that the Simpsons tv show has been renewed and will surpass 500 episodes. I can only name 400 or so. At the very least, this is comics news because it guarantees more work for people like Ian Boothby, comics scribe.
Item: In today’s Scott Pulgrim post-dvd news, Bryan Lee O’Malley tells Metro that the book/movie is like an “Amelie version of Toronto.”
Item: Jeff Lemire’s Essex County graphic novel made the cut for the Top Ten novels of the decade for Canada Reads, the cbc radio contest/book promotion mega-event.
